We finished last, last, last and last. Puppy sweeps, (I was a little annoyed when Teresa LaBrie asked if I'd measured him before I entered him. He was 30" when we were in Indiana. Today, he was definately more than 31" and probably darned close to 32". And yes that's at his shoulder with a level and not the top of his head!) Open 6-9 month class, Puppy Match (again, Melanie, the judge spent time explaining that he's not going to get very big--I chose to listen to Jan Miner instead. Jan said since she was used to bitches, think Dixie Chick, it was easy to see what a big boy he is.) and Saturday morning Open 6-9 month class. Sadly, I missed the whole show Friday since I was sent up front to the door to collect admissions. At least I took a plate of snacks with me. Food was good! I really liked seeing the Working Group puppies Friday night. What a bunch of cuties. I couldn't quit staring at a Blue Neapolitan Mastiff. He kept tilting his head and staring back. We were home by 10:30 am Saturday morning, and that was after being stopped by the police and Pete being ticketed for not wearing his seat belt. Ooops. Took advantage of the nice weather to string Christmas tree lights outside.
